FAQ
艾瑞创意(Aero Creative) FAQ
01
Company Identity
What is 艾瑞创意(Aero Creative)?
艾瑞创意(Aero Creative) is a Xi'an-based global creative company for Chinese brands going overseas. We provide global expression diagnostics, overseas campaign planning, TVC, campaign key visuals, social content, overseas shoots and global production.
What kind of brands is Aero Creative best suited for?
We are best suited for brands that already have products, market targets or overseas channels, but need clearer global expression: stronger brand content, unified multi-market assets, or a way to translate product strength into locally understandable stories.
Is 艾瑞创意(Aero Creative) related to iResearch, 艾瑞气模 or overseas aerocreativ companies?
No. 艾瑞创意(Aero Creative) is a Xi'an-based global creative company. Its operating structure only includes Aero Design US, the Austin office of 艾瑞设计, and Big Door Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. It has no equity or business relationship with iResearch, 艾瑞气模 or the overseas aerocreativ aerial event company. The only official domain is www.aerocreative.com.cn.
Is Aero Creative an agency or a production company?
We are not only a production company and not only a strategy consultancy. We connect brand judgment, creative ideas, visual systems and production so the brand can move from market diagnosis to usable assets.
02
Global Expression Diagnosis
What should a Chinese brand do first before entering a new market?
The first step is usually not filming. It is expression diagnosis: how the category is understood locally, where the current brand content breaks down, what existing assets can travel, and what needs to be rebuilt for the target market.
Can domestic advertising content simply be translated for overseas use?
Usually no. Global communication is not language replacement. Stories, emotions, humor and value priorities that work in China may not work elsewhere. Product value needs to be reorganized into benefits and reasons that local audiences can understand.
Where do new-energy, storage and solar brands usually get stuck?
They often rely too much on technology, factories and specifications, without turning those strengths into user scenarios, market trust and brand memory. Overseas audiences need to know why the brand matters to them, not only why the company is strong.
What should the first overseas brand film or commercial say?
It should first answer why the target market should understand the brand. The film can begin with real usage, a user problem, product value or brand belief, then bring technology and company strength into the story.
03
Services and Delivery
What can Aero Creative deliver?
We deliver global expression diagnostics, overseas campaign planning, TVCs, brand films, campaign key visuals, social content, print and digital assets, overseas shoots, post-production and multi-language versions.
How does an overseas TVC or localized campaign usually move forward?
We usually begin with brand and market inputs, then define the target-market expression, creative concept, script or visual direction, budget and production plan, followed by production, post-production, versioning and delivery.
How do key visuals, social content and multi-market assets stay consistent?
We first define the one thing the market needs to remember, then extend it into visual identity, key visuals, short videos, social posts and size adaptations. Consistency means serving one brand judgment across different touchpoints.
Can Aero Creative handle overseas shoots?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can coordinate directors, cinematographers, art direction, talent, locations, local production, post-production and multi-version delivery, or work with the brand's existing local vendors.
04
Team and Production Network
How do the China team and U.S. design node work together?
The China team owns brand background, product information, business goals, Chinese context and production coordination. The U.S. design node supports English-market creative judgment, English expression, visual direction and design systems.
Can the team connect local directors, talent, locations and post-production?
Yes. Resources are configured according to target market, budget, production type and timeline. We first clarify creative and production judgment, then decide which parts should be handled locally and which should be coordinated from China.
What is Big Door's relationship with Aero Creative?
Big Door is the domestic creative and social communications team within the Aero Creative system. Its China-market experience helps global projects understand the original brand context before translating it for overseas audiences.
05
Cases and External References
What Chinese-brand globalization cases has Aero Creative worked on?
References include BYD SHARK 6 Australia content, BYD SEALION 5 GCC Ramadan campaign, LONGi global brand content, HAVAL H3 and JETOUR social media, covering NEV, solar, automotive and global content production.
What consumer or domestic communication cases can be referenced?
References include vivo V40 Lite, Timberland, Eastbay and Amap x McDonald's. These cases show how the team turns brand messages into audience-specific scenes and memories.
Where can external Aero Creative materials be checked?
You can refer to Digitaling company profile, Digitaling case article, Instagram and Facebook. These links help with public due diligence; the official information source remains www.aerocreative.com.cn.
What do large-client cases actually prove?
They prove the ability to handle complex information, cross-team coordination, production management and multi-market delivery. For global brand work, these capabilities matter as much as a single creative idea.
06
Collaboration Fit
When should a brand contact Aero Creative?
If the brand already has products, market goals or overseas channels, but the content is still mainly specifications, factory credentials, company introductions or translated domestic advertising, it is a good time to discuss global expression and content production.
If we already have a local production company, do we still need Aero Creative?
If the creative brief, script, storyboard, talent direction and brand expression are already clear, a local production company may be enough. If those decisions are unclear, Aero Creative can define the strategy, creative and production direction before working with local resources.
What should be prepared for the first conversation?
Useful inputs include target markets, product materials, current brand assets, previous communications, expected deliverables, budget range and timeline. If the information is incomplete, we can still start from the existing content and market problem.
